New Zealand is comprised of two large Islands, North Island and South Island (which are divided by a 12 mile Strait).  Although it looks close to Australia on a world map, it is actually 1,250 miles southeast of the continent (the direct flight from Sydney to Wellington takes about 3 hours).

Some of New Zealand's main cities in which to search for employment are; Wellington, Aukland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, and New Plymouth.  Jobs can be found in the service industry, construction, farming, and at the various schools and Universities.
